Limited Home Warranty | Submit Warranty Request

In this section of our Website you can view the Limited Home Warranty document in its entirety. You can event print it if you need to. In addition, you can submit your Warranty Request directly online using our simply form. Please note that during your final walk-through, you will be told which items not to include in the 90 Day Warranty Request Form. You will request those items later in the 11 Month Warranty Request Form.

90 Day Warranty Request

As stated in your walk-through, please do not include the following items for repairs at this time: stucco, drywall, concrete, tile & sanded grout cracks. These are to be listed on your 11 Month Warranty Form.

11 Month Warranty Request

As stated in your walk-through, now is the time to include the following items for repair: stucco, drywall, concrete, tile & sanded grout cracks. However, before you do, please verify that the cracks you are requesting for repair exceed the guidelines as outlined in the manual you received with your new home.

Emergency Request Form

Please note that your online request does not occur in real-time. This request may take at least 24 hours to process. If you are experiencing an emergency in your home, please contact the appropriate local authorities (i.e. Police, Fire, PG&E, Public Utilities, etc.). You may also contact a Century Builders Sales Agent by telephone during regular business hours.
