90 Day Warranty Request Form

As stated in your walk-through, please do not include the following items for repairs at this time: stucco, drywall, concrete, tile & sanded grout cracks. These are to be listed on your 11 Month Warranty Form.

11 Month Warranty Request Form

As stated in your walk-through, now is the time to include the following items for repair: stucco, drywall, concrete, tile & sanded grout cracks. However, before you do, please verify that the cracks you are requesting for repair exceed the guidelines as outlined in the manual you received with your new home.

Please note that your online request does not occur in real-time. This request may take at least 24 hours to process. If you are experiencing an emergency in your home, please contact the appropriate local authorities (i.e. Police, Fire, PG&E, Public Utilities, etc.).
